includes all the software (e.g. all electronic files and printed papers).

-- License Agreement --

1) General:

You are granted non-exclusive rights to use the Product as set forth in this

license provided you agree to and comply with all conditions in the license.

The laws of your country will apply to your usage, copying, and distribution

rights of the Product. However, all places where this license conflicts with

these, this license is to take higher precedence to the degree permitted by

applicable law. The laws of the country Denmark shall govern this agreement.

Any litigation or other dispute resolution between the parties relating to

this agreement or its construction shall take place in a court of competent

jurisdiction in the country Denmark. You must accept this license before

installing and using this Product.

This Product is "trialware". This means that you, as a user, get 30 days to

test the Product before deciding if you want to buy a "registered license"

for it or not. If you decide not to buy it, or the 30 days testing period has

expired, you must discontinue any further use of the Product.

Except as set forth herein, you may not rent, lease, or sublicense the

Product. You may not embed or componentize the Product and make it available

for use by third parties.

You are very welcome and in fact even encouraged to distribute the complete

and unchanged unregistered Product package - even on medias such as

CD-ROM and DVD publishings, BBSes, and download-sites on the Internet.

You may not publish serial/key codes or files that "unlock" the Product from

the "unregistered" state. This includes (but is not limited to) publishing

serial/key codes on internet sites. Doing so will revoke the right to use

this Product forever and will also terminate the given serial/key code.

2) Legally registered versions:

Having "X" number of licenses means that the Product can be used by "X"

"USERS". The "X" refers to any given number of licenses (e.g. in the above

paragraph you could replace "X" with 10).

Formally, each license must be assigned to a person, company, or

organization. We define that as a "GROUPHOLDER" in this license from now on.

The definition of a "USER" is in section 2.1.

2.1)

A "GROUPHOLDER" can transfer the usage rights to a person within the

company or organisation. We define this given person as the "USER".

2.1.1)

If the "GROUPHOLDER" is a person the "USER" can be the same person.

2.1.2)

A "GROUPHOLDER" can have/administer multiple licenses. A "USER" can not.

2.1.3)

There may never be multiple "GROUPHOLDERS" assigned to the same Product

license.

2.1.4)

There may never be multiple "USERS" assigned to or using the same Product

license. I.e. a "GROUPHOLDER" has to withdraw the given license and rights

from the current "USER" (if any) and then transfer them to the new "USER".

2.1.5)

When any transfer takes place, all sides have to agree to this license and

the terms described herein.

2.1.6)

If this license is breached by either the "GROUPHOLDER" or "USER" both will

suffer the consequence of the "registered license" being terminated.

3) Disclaimer:

This Product is NOT intended for use in or in conjunction with life-critical

or mission-critical systems. The Product is provided "as is" without warranty

of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, any

implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In

no event shall Micro-Sys or any third party involved in the creation,

production, or delivery of this Product be liable for any direct, indirect,

consequential, or incidental damages whatsoever (including, without

limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss

of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use

of or inability to use this Micro-Sys Product, even if Micro-Sys has been

advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances whatsoever

can Micro-Sys' liability exceed the amount received by Micro-Sys for the

license(s).
